Village Design Statement

The Village Design Statement (VDS) is a document written by the village for the village. It is a clear statement of the vision of South Wonston that will be used by the City Planners when making decisions about the village of South Wonston and any applications for developments. It discusses a variety of topics from layout of the village to facilities to building materials used.

To provide a clear mandate for this document a consultation with the village is essential. The VDS is being published in a draft form so that comments can be gathered from residents of the village. Once collated and incorporated, an open meeting will be called for public discussion of the document.
