It is possible to hire any of the following facilities at Elvetham Heath.

The Key Centre

Hall: This is let as a single unit that can be sub-divided into a small and a large hall if the whole area is too large for your function. Rate: from £22.95 per hour.

Heath & Village Rooms: The rooms used by Little Elves Pre-school & Schools Out during the day are available to hire in the evenings and at weekends for meetings or other functions. Rate: from £18.95 per hour per room.

Children's or adult parties: The hall can also be hired during the day at weekends for children's parties. Alternatively, it can be hired for the same period and rate for other parties. The rate is £79.95 for two and a half hours, which includes use of the bouncy castle if required. To check availability of these party slots and book on-line, click here. If you don't need the bouncy castle, you can hire the Heath and Village Rooms, with their own childrens toilets and outside play area, for a children's party rate of £59.95 for two and a half hours at weekends.

Floodlit Courts

There are three tennis courts available which can be hired individually. It is also possible to hire the whole area, which is suitable for team sports such as five-a-side football. Steve is located in The Key Centre, so you can book facilities in person by calling in to talk to Steve during the following hours:

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 10:30 & 14:00 - 16:00. Additionally, the reception desk is usually staffed by an Operations Assistant until at least 20:30 on weekday evenings and they will be pleased to assist you.

Discounts on the rates shown above for The Key Centre are available for regular bookings and not-for-profit organisations.
